Der Blick von Außen schärft den Blick nach Innen. Kulturelle Akteure aus Lateinamerika und Europa kreieren Räume für Bewegung und Dialog. Im Austausch suchen sie gemeinsam neue Impulse für ihr  lokales Engagement daheim.
