Das lateinamerikanische Netzwerk Red Latinoamericana de arte para la transformación social und Expedition Metropolis / Creative Cooperations veranstalteten vom 16.5.09 – 19.5.09 in Hellerau / Dresden ein Werkstatt - Symposium zu dem Thema: Focus on Art for Social Transformation: Art is a Right. A Catalyst for Political, Economic, Social and Environmental Development

Das Symposium und künftige Werkstätten und Veranstaltungen werden den Prozess der Auseinandersetzung vorantreiben, bisherige Impulse, Energien und Wissenstransfers aus dem  MJG-Kontext zu bündeln und die transkulturellen Kooperationen - in Europa wie in Lateinamerika – inhaltlich und organisatorisch zu verstetigen.

Transfers & Events

A symposium on the topic Art and social Transformation including contributions from all sectors of society, performances and accompanying workshops took place in Dresden in May 2009. The combined workshop conference symposium was organized in cooperation with the ‚Hellerau - Europäisches Zentrum der Künste’ .

The symposium and future events of a similar kind are going to be vital steps in the process of gaining and focusing on impulses, energies and knowledge transfers out of the MJG context and to help to foster the transcultural cooperation in Europe as well as in Latin America.

Eventos y transferencias

En Mayo de 2009 se celebró un simposio en Dresde, Alemania, sobre el tema Arte y Transformación Social con contribuciones de varios sectores sociales, talleres y actuaciones. Esta conferencia-taller tuvo lugar en “Hellerau – Centro Europeo de las artes”.

Tanto este Simposio como otros talleres y eventos futuros serán de vital importancia en el proceso de transferencia de impulsos, energías y conocimientos dentro del contexto de MJG  y contribuirán a la continuidad de las cooperaciones transculturales – tanto en Europa como en Latinoamérica.
