"MEMORIA - cross over art"
Die Begegnung verschiedener Erinnerungskulturen ist der gemeinsame Ausgangspunkt der deutsch-polnisch-peruanischen Kooperation. Die beteiligten Partner - aus Lima, Goleniów und Berlin - haben jeweils Materialien und eine Präsentation im Gepäck, in denen sie sich vor dem Hintergrund eigener Traditionen und gegenwärtiger Kontexte mit „Erinnerung und Identität“ auseinandersetzen. Die Themen der Produktionen sind für die beteiligten Partner gleichermaßen relevant und brisant, sie werden Verbindungen und Dialoge herstellen. Die Partner und Metropolis zeigen diese Stücke, arbeiten darüber hinaus an neuem, gemeinsamem Material und präsentieren am Ende das Produkt ihres transkulturellen Dialogs.
International Summer School - Bulgaria

The Summer School, taking place in August 2010 is dedicated to the productive dialogue and mutual teaching/learning processes (with workshops given by each for the other) among all cultural
practitioners and scholars engaged in change processes for sustainability. The process is expected to be one of mutual enrichment, which can lead to rethinking the opinions and work approaches of
each group and of individuals and then get ramified in a series of new approaches to inspire projects in communities around the world.

Proyecto Vision – Mannheim/Borbon
In der Hafenstadt Borbón in der Provinz Esmeraldas soll zur Unterstützung der afro-ecuadorianischen Gemeinschaft und der indigenen Bevölkerung sowie zum Schutz des Waldes ein Kulturzentrum
aufgebaut werden. Mit Fachkräften und partizipativen Konzepten wollen wir sie in dem Bemühen um den Erhalt ihrer Gebiete, Naturressourcen, Traditionen und Kultur unterstützen.
Durch die aktive Beteiligung der Bevölkerung wird die Anpassung an lokale Bedürfnisse sichergestellt. Das Kulturzentrum soll als Ort der Zusammenkunft und des Dialoges dienen.
The White Rat – Ein internationales Kunstprojekt
Chandra Brooks is creating a universal fairy tale Project which uses 'La Rate Blanche', a forgotten French folk tale as the basis of creating a fairy tale for all of humanity to speak one language and share an experience that links cultures and defies national, philosophical, religious, and social boundaries. A cooperation with Nuestra Gente in Medellin, Columbia is planned for 2010.
Pontos Da Cultura
Am 10. und 11. Dezember fand in Argentinien ein internationaler Congress zum Thema “Kultur und soziale Transformation” statt. Es ging dabei auch darum, das in Brasilien schon existierende System “pontos da cultura” auch in Argentinien zu etablieren.
Juventud y Arte Comunitario – Guatemala
The combination of art with the power of youth has the potential to transform our Latin American region through play, creativity and solidarity. This is one of the conclusions made during the third day of presentations at the First Latin American Youth and Community Arts Meeting in Guatemala. For five days (25-30 November 2009) this event brought together more than 200 young men and women from all over Latin America.
