Young Leaders
_ Kommunikations- und Spezialisierungsplattform
In Pilot-Austauschen gehen MJG „young leaders“ - jeder mit lokalen community-art Erfahrungen aus einer europäischen Entsendeorganisation - für sieben Monate in ein
ausgewähltes, relevantes Aufnahme-Projekt des Lateinamerikanischen Netzwerkes. Als Assistenten werden sie die lokale Arbeit in einem spezifisch formulierten Arbeitsfeld unterstützen. Mind and
Jump the Gaps wird diese Austausche mit hoher Qualität begleiten (Vorbereitung, Umsetzung, Nachbereitung). Besonderes Augenmerk hat dabei der Rücktransfer gesammelter Erfahrungen durch ein
Anschlußprojekt in Europa - die MJG-young leaders verkörpern beispielhaft die Aspekte: Nachwuchs-Bildung und „capacity-building“.
Mind and Jump the Gaps selbst wird absehbar nur wenige junge Menschen versenden können. Wichtiger erscheint es den Austausch mit und die Vermittlung von den zahlreichen engagierten europäischen Bewerbern an schon bestehende ‚Young Leaders’-Programme in Europa zu ermöglichen.
Young Leaders
_ Communication and specialization platform
in a pilot exchange MJG “young leaders” - with local community-art experience from a European sending organisation - will participate for seven months in a pre-selected and relevant project of
the Latin American network. As assistants, they will support the local daily work of the hosting organisation with a specific pre-defined mission. Common quality standards of the participating
hosting and sending partners ensure an adequate support of the “young leaders” (preparation, realisation and follow up). Here, the transfer of the gained experience into a follow up project in
Europe will be of utter importance. The MJG Young Leaders personify the aspects: junior training and capacity building.
Mind and Jump the Gaps itself will only be able to send out quite a few young people. It will be much more important to advise and direct the many interested European solicitors to existing Young
Leaders programmes.
Jóvenes líderes
_ Plataforma de comunicación y especialización
En intercambios piloto varios jóvenes líderes – con experiencia local en arte comunitario en una organización emisora europea – trabajarán durante siete meses colaborando como asistentes en un
proyecto de acogida de la “Red Latinoamericana de Arte y transformación social” relevante para ellos. Como asistentes apoyarán el trabajo local en un área de trabajo específica.
Mind and Jump the Gaps se encarga de garantizar los estándares de calidad comunes de las instituciones de envío y acogida involucradas y de la preparación, realización y seguimiento de
intercambios. Tras su estancia en Latinoamérica los candidatos realizarán un proyecto personal en la institución emisora, garantizando así la transferencia de las experiencias aprendidas,
objetivo principal de este programa.
Mind and Jump the Gaps tan solo podrá enviar unos pocos jóvenes, considerando más importante asesorar a los candidatos sobre otros programas de jóvenes líderes existentes en Europa.
